The best building I've ever lived in

Pros:
Amazingly proactive and responsive management company. Reasonable price. Clean building. Great unit. If I didn't have to move for work I never would have left.
Cons:
I did see one or two mice but the management company had a pest control person at my door the NEXT MORNING to deal with it and it was not a recurring problem. I was very impressed.
Advice to owner:
Keep it up!
