Sanieoff allston apt

Pros:
Location close to transit, halls and stairs are wide- easy to move in/out
Cons:
Owner information is a lie- Ezra Sanieoff owns many apartment building in Boston, and other cities with a poor reputation. Management company Cummings Llc does zero preventative maintenance or regular scheduled maintenance, they only wait for things to break and usually take a long time to respond/react.
