Everything underone roof

Pros

Everything from gym to food/groceries you name it this building has it you literally never have to leave for anything

Cons

The Lyric or Mint House Management Staff are rude and disrespectful to other property residents and guests and they just lease a portion of the buildings floors i think 2-8 or something like that

Advice to the owners

Rid of Mint House and create another dynamic to the already universal building that has everything but can always add something
