Disgusting Building with some nice units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some of the units are newly renovated and in good condition.
Cons:
I had a huge cockroach issue upon moving in. It took over a year to resolve it. Building smells awful. Construction on the street is insanely loud and will not end for another 10 years. There is no natural light in any of the units. The hot water is inconsistent. Management never responds. I would say 80% of packages get stolen from someone in the building.

Love it here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and layouts of apartments are great
Cons:
The heat system works as intended, I just wish we had more (any) control related to it. But it isn’t that big of a deal
Advice to owner:
None, I’ve never been a property owner so

Love the location, hate management
Former Tenant
Pros:
- location - elevator - friendly Asian neighbors - great Super, he’s easy to talk to
Cons:
- Management does not reply to you at all, neglects you of your concerns since only management can help with most things - was left with first 3 months of my lease with a broken fridge, no sense of urgency to repair and replace until I practically spammed management - loud neighbors who party on weekdays until 6AM, management also does not care for noise complaint and will ignore you - neighbors are not cautious over pandemic, does not wear masks and coughs around
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to tenants of all races and financial brackets. It seems like management wants to sell these apartments for 4K/month and only cares about those tenants
