Sons of Italy building in Little Italy

Pros:
Great building in the heart of Little Italy with lots of history. Nice size apartments for the neighborhood. Old school style with recent renovations. I lived there for many years and it really felt like home. The owner is super hands-on and very responsive.
Cons:
Get ready for a workout it's a walk-up.
