No bugs and everything works, relatively quiet too
Cons:
Heat very expensive. Water doesn’t get hot enough. Packages always stolen

Great neighborhood—lots of bars, restaurants, and shops, right near the subway, updated kitchen and bathroom
Cons:
Unresponsive super, issues with heat—building manager didn’t take this seriously
Advice to owner:
Respond to tenants complaints and investigate issues, don’t avoid them until it becomes a bigger problem
