    Generally fine, very good super

    building was clean, roof was nice, and super was nice and responsive.
    Cons:
    we lost hot water for a few days but it got fixed and we got a rent reduction. other than that, no complaints.

    amazing building manager mario!! also no pests, normal neighbors, nice windows facing the street, packages never stolen, laundry in building

    Pros:
    The units are well maintained, with high ceilings, eco-friendly appliances, thick walls, and bamboo flooring. There is a great furnished rooftop with south and east facing views. There is regular trash and recycling pickup as well as laundry in the basement.
    Cons:
    The neighboring building has scaffolding up with bright lights that can be bothersome, but that’s about it.
