    Great spot, small issues

    Great location, safe building with virtual security system.
    Cons:
    Super is great, but gives band aid solutions to apartment issues. Ex: painting over mold, painting over water leaks Young building, can get loud on weekends

    Nicely renovated but still an old east village building

    - Unit was nicely renovated - Finishes were great - Appliances were nice - Management generally replied
    Cons:
    - Packages stolen often - No insulation, always cold in the winter - Ceiling leaked

    It’s overpriced closet with fancy looking appliances that don’t work well

    Nice people, the Hasko (the super) is great, washer and drier in most units
    Cons:
    The water takes a long time to heat up and leads to a waste of water. On average I’d say 5-10 min, with 20 min not being uncommon. The dishwasher would frequently leak, and whenever they tried to fix it it would start leaking again in a week. You can hear everything going on in other apartments. They will fine you if you go on the fire escape or roof. If it wasn’t so expensive it would be ab acceptable nyc apartment.

    Brand new — guy renovated No pest issues inside
    Cons:
    Small spaces No light (first floor) Rats in garbage
    Advice to owner:
    manage rats by garbage
