Good landlord

Pros:
Vito is nice guy, that cares about tenant concerns and does his part to fix issues quickly
Cons:
Sometimes opts for the bandaid fox rather than a more long term fix. The building is rent controlled so finances might be tight.
Advice to owner:
Renovate more units
