Fun spot, too noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location - walking distance to downtown spots
Cons:
Way too loud. Insulation was no good. Could hear and feel vibration from bars (I wasn’t even on the bottom level).
Advice to owner:
Window glass needs to be thicker, can hear everything from the street
