Not great but not terrible

Pros:
Good location Rarely heard neighbors in the building
Cons:
Bugs were a constant issue, management sent pest control several times but it never made a difference Appliances had issues In a relatively noisy area
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the bugs, replace the flooring
