Loved living here

Pros

great location, apartments with character and spacious, high ceilings, good light, the super is incredible (Lupe, so nice), the management company is on top of things, central AC/heat. One of a kind LES apartments.

Cons

neighbors aren't super friendly, saw the occasional roach (but usually dead and not very often), the windows are really big so lets out the heat/AC and so utilities are high, no laundry, rent goes up a lot every year
