    - good location - clean for the most part - pest control comes every month - easy pay portal
    Cons:
    - Sometimes slow when requesting work needed -

    Good building, kept up with well

    A decent - not great - place to live

    The ability to control baseboard heat (at least in my unit), without the insane electric charges was great. I had relatively few interactions with management, but didn't have issues.

    The super would sometimes be a bit demeaning, not always nice!

    great location but loud

    i mean great area, clean common areas, very clean trash area, responsive admin to emails and concerns,
    Cons:
    someone smoked in the building and would seep into the apartment but the admin listened to our concern and sent emails out. also windows that face houston are loud if you are a light sleeper but you get used to it

    sound proof windows
