The location is amazing, in unit laundry, relatively affordable for the area, exposed brick, lobby is nice

Cons

Heat barely works, owners are not responsive, very small apartments, tenants are loud, packages get stolen all the time and building leadership does nothing

Horrible management - doesn’t respond to calls / emails and never gave us back our security deposit when we moved out. Packages got stolen constantly and the trash room was disgusting so trash just constantly piled up right outside the entrance and management did nothing about it. The super is also extremely unresponsive even though he lives in the building. Don’t live here unless you want to be robbed and scammed
