Great building no frills
Former Tenant
Pros:
New finishes to a charming noilta building. Heat is sufficient but not overly hot in the winter. Viktor the super is very responsive and when we had our dishwasher break they fixed it promptly. Building also gets a decent amount of light and stays fairly clean. It's also extremely quiet.. street noise and neighbors are both pretty much nonexistent besides a few loud cars every once in awhile
Cons:
Definitely a small space but very on par with other Nolita apartments. I had one bad run in with a neighbor right when I was moving in but otherwise most people in the building are kind. No laundry in building so you'll have to drop off across the street or go to laundromat
Advice to owner:
none :) great building and happy resident

Decent and simple
Former Tenant
Pros:
Fairly clean and well lit entranceway
Cons:
Water took super long to heat up- like 10+ minutes. Advertised roof access in listing but then locked the roof door and denied access to residents
