Great building -- recommend!

Wonderful staff, common areas very clean
Cons:
lived on a lower floor so got a lot of street noise (especially from fire station)

Pros:
The live-in super, Bekim is so kind and attentive. The doormen, Albert, Josh, and Martin are all very professional and sweet. Love living in this building.
Cons:
Many older tenants who have been lovely with the exception of an older man who was racist toward a friend and followed them through the building.
