Terrible Landlord

Pros:
There is a man who managers the garbage outside - he is a great person.
Cons:
The management company and landlord are crooks. We had a natural gas leak for 3 months that they denied. We had no heat for an entire year and they refused to fix it. The people at First Service Residential and pathetic. Do not live in this building if it is still being managed by first service.
Advice to owner:
Don’t move in if it’s being managed by first service residential - they suck.
