    Good location, right next to the subway. Overpriced like all the other NYU dorms, but at least you know what you’re getting.

    The building was clean, any maintenance problems were fixed promptly.
    Cons:
    There isn’t anything in particular to hate about this building, perhaps beside the fact that it’s one of the further NYU freshman dorms from campus.
