Pros:
Friendly doorman and great old feeling - nice apartments and lovely areas
Cons:
No cons!! Loved living here

Pros:
Great building. Very nice staff and friendly neighbors. Super safe and never have to worry about things being stolen. (We leave our door unlocked)
Cons:
In the winter the heat is so hot it becomes uncomfortable. Super takes a long time to get things done. Beautiful garden terrace but awful mosquito problem.
Advice to owner:
Fix mosquito issue on terrace!!
