Great value building in the West Village, some maintenance issues

Pros

For a rent stabilized price in the West Village, this is a solid option. Not a lot of noise for NYC, decent sized bathrooms, some units have dishwashers. Small bedrooms and units overall, but very doable with the layout and for the price in the WV.

Cons

No elevator, and the in-building laundry doesn't really work well. There have been mice down there too...

Advice to the owners

Address the issues in the laundry room for functional laundry and no mice.
