There’s better elsewhere

Pros:
Location is great, inside the apt is quiet despite the busy location
Cons:
Lobby and elevator are not air conditioned, so it’s a sauna in the summer. The elevator is very very old and frequently broken. Scaffolding outside of building has been there forever. The lobby and hallways look extremely shabby, wish they were renovated. One person on my floor had bedbugs

No living room, small bathroom, roommate was horrible
Advice to owner:
Pest control is necessary and renovate apt
