Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of 100 Christopher Street highlight its prime West Village location, quick owner responsiveness, and generally clean common areas. Tenants enjoy renovated units, good water pressure, and a friendly neighbor atmosphere. However, pest issues like rats and cockroaches persist, particularly in basements and some hallways, with inconsistent pest control efforts noted. Heat works well in many units but can be faulty in others, and air conditioning is absent. Noise from roof parties and the neighborhood after dark has been a concern, with enforcement of noise rules recommended. Some residents mention management could improve communication and maintenance responsiveness.
