Retaliation rent increases for warranty of habitability violations
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location. Beautiful, old lobby. Pre-war details. Original fixtures, etc
Cons:
GPG Management- retaliation for reporting warranty of habitability issues - raising rents as much as 25% - despite mold, leaks, peeling lead paint, etc. Some residents without stove for more than 16 months, still massive rent increase.
