Good apartment !!!

Pros:
Good neighbors, good support when something goes wrong
Cons:
have had a rat and a cockroach but they sent people quickly and never an issue again.
They did really weird renovations like graffiti

Some pests issues. Super not incredibly helpful. Construction a lot.
