    Great Place - Too expensive

    Pros:
    The doormen by far are my favorite thing about this building.
    Cons:
    Rent prices are increased dramatically every year
    Advice to owner:
    More reasonable pricing

    Great gym Great amenities Cool lobby
    Cons:
    Doorman fumble incoming packages and sometimes they go missing. Doorman are great though. Property managers are a bit of a pull though

    Great building, only con is the ambulance noises at night

    Very very clean Responsive management Great facilities Spacious apartments for NYC zero pest issues
    Cons:
    loud ambulance noises at night a couple rowdy neighbors who come out at night with steak knives... but they mostly keep to themselves and i never had any issues with them
    Advice to owner:
    control the rowdy neighbors

    Nice finishes in the apartments
    Cons:
    Management is absolutely disgusting. Read the history of the Goldman family. Dig deep. Only cares about letting in Instagram basketball players. They matter more than residents. Zero privacy
