Good heating in winter
Trash piles up in the trash room. Laundry room is not the cleanest. Ceilings are super thin and you can hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbors.
Clean building with virtual doorman, working w/d and radiators
Thin ceilings - we were able to hear our upstairs neighbors whenever they were walking around
