    Beautiful apartments, truly gorgeous
    Cons:
    Roaches started raining from the ceiling of my unit once spring hit—coming out of the fireplace and door frames and molding.
    Advice to owner:
    Put trash outside not in basement

    High ceilings, molding, walk-in closet, bright bathroom
    Cons:
    Did have mice twice and lots of roaches. Went through every kind of trap / sonic repeller / etc. Lots of street noise, but no noise from neighbors
