Lovely place to live
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lovely doormen, large living space, all the amenities (elevator, dishwasher, laundry in building, trash chute, et.)
Cons:
Occasional pest problems and poor management
Advice to owner:
Be nice to your nice tenants - I ended up having to move out because new management changed the rules to where only 2 people could only live in the apartment and we’d always had 3 people. It was tragic to have to leave a place I’d come to call home because I couldn’t afford it anymore
