Good enough student housing
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable and easy access to school
Cons:
Lack of communication from the head of housing
Over 2 years ago
Nightmare dorm experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked that there were multiple lounges. And the location is quite nice.
Cons:
Roaches, very thin walls, elevator broken very long time and kept breaking, bad internet, strange and inconsistent heat, laundry machines kept breaking, creepy laundry room in basement and creepy gym down there, too - could use a renovation. And rent super high for all that.
Advice to owner:
Renovate or lower rent. Notorious place
