Gorgeous building, mediocre experience

Pros:
-Really unique and gorgeous building in a great area, and close to the subway
Cons:
-Poor management responsiveness -Mice, flies and other pest issues -Following up DAILY with management for simple support requests and not getting a response -No heat or hot water for most of winter.
Advice to owner:
COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR TENANTS
