Horrible management, below average apartments

decent location, super is responsive
Cons
management barely replies to anything, and there's a chronic mold issue in the ceilings due to broken pipes that they just paint over. comes back in a week every time. Hot water will be broken at least once a month. Super is cool though

Decent spot, terrible landlord

Location, laundry in unit
Cons
Garbage in lobby a lot, stairs/lobby not the cleanest Shady landlord. Did not notify of rent increases within proper timeline (I.e 60 days if living there +1 year) and did not cooperate even when called out. Insane and unreasonable hours for showings upon move out & largely unwilling to cooperate.
