    Kahen is the worst

    Pros:
    Superintendent. The only pro of the building is him.
    Cons:
    Kahen is unresponsive and has a faulty boiler that is ready to explode any second. It makes noise that permeates through both this building and the neighbor building. Imagine Mike Tyson hitting your floor to ceiling heat risers with a baseball bat every 2 seconds. All day. Everyday.
    Advice to owner:
    I'd give advice but they obviously don't listen.

    Rent Stabilized Nice windows
    Cons:
    Pest issues - bugs AND mice Non responsive management Flooded kitchen from sink The pest control person they hired is incompetent Dirty common areas Stolen packages caved in floors

    Not bad for ‘first apartment’ new yorkers.
