Cute Place, but they keep hanging the supers frequently for whatever reason
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is clean, lots of sunlight
Cons:
No elevator, harder to be accessible to a lot of subways
Advice to owner:
None

Tiny but updated
Former Tenant
Pros:
Modern finishes, responsive live in super, no laundry in building but next door building is owned by same mgmt and they give you a key to use next door
Cons:
Units are super tiny, doors in apartments have frosted glass which limits privacy and darkness, had in unit mouse issue, consistent issue with broken pipe under sink
Advice to owner:
Invest in quality fixes instead of quick fixes that will break again

New tenant
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rooftop and area
Cons:
Management unresponsive. I’ve been going through hell between my fathers passing and moving. They put me in wrong apt while having false listings on street easy and I offered many remedies yet they didn’t answer or just refused to do anything to help.
Advice to owner:
Be more attentive

Newly Renovated But Small Units
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated, on site super, accessible roof, mostly young residents
Cons:
No laundry in building (but able to use next door building’s - some units had w/d), no oven in unit only induction cooktop top, doors in apt were frosted glass (not much privacy or blocking of light)
Advice to owner:
Allow for online rent payment
