    Slumlord Rips Off Tenants.

    The location is good. That's it.
    Cons:
    Trash, mice, heat and water.
    Advice to owner:
    Nothing will help th8s negligent and dishonest landlord.

    Loved the elevator. If anything was wrong maintenance would come and fix it/ owner was responsive!

    can hear other neighbors with thin walls and sometimes rats in the basement with garbage

    Nicer on the inside than out

    Pros:
    The interior units are nice and ceilings are very high which makes it feel more spacious.
    Cons:
    High ceilings makes heating more difficult and A/C more expensive. Brokers are a bit scummy. Used obvious fabricated stories to try to convince me to put a deposit down.
    Advice to owner:
    None. Property is what it is.
