Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 359 West 54 Street reveal a building with a prime Manhattan location and generally friendly neighbors. Tenants appreciate updated appliances, in-unit laundry, strong water pressure, and modern entry systems. However, recurring issues include pest problems within the building, unreliable heating and hot water, and slow or unprofessional management responses. Noise can be a concern due to the building's proximity to a restaurant, and apartment sizes tend to be small. While some units are renovated, renters express frustration over value versus cost, suggesting improvements in management, heating, and pest control to enhance living conditions.
