Pros:
great area, neighbors all very friendly, updated appliances
Cons:
very obviously a pest problem within the building even if not in our specific unit, had a major ceiling leak a couple weeks before end of lease and management did not resolve it

An exhausting mixed-bag

Some units were completely renovated
Internet access is super fast
Cons:
Rude and unprofessional superb
Building management slow to respond
Problems with hot water
Heating is unreliable
Technical problems when accessing the building
