    Great location but roach problem

    Rent stabilized Part time doorman Good size apartment Great street to live on

    Roach problem! Not pet friendly

    Very big apartments
    Cons:
    The owner and the super are derelict when there are major problems. The super is an awful man who yells at tenants, hates his job, always blames thr tenant for whatever is the problem, basically hostile and abusive. The owner doesn’t care that his property is badly maintained, won’t call emergency plumbers, electricians, or contractors instead relies on deadbeat on site super. Notify the office and nothing happens.
    Advice to owner:
    Fire the super. Your property is falling apart because the super doesn’t do anything other than garbage
