Kind of dumpy building but nice apartments

Pros:
Great location and maintenance is usually handled very quickly. My fridge broke and was fixed quickly. I saw a couple roaches and they sent an exterminator with days. Apartments themselves are spacious and nice especially for the neighborhood.
Cons:
The super is responsive but the grumpiest man I've ever met. It seems like every time he comes to fix something it's such a burden. And he blames you for whatever broke. Overall, the building feels run down but the apartments themselves are nice.
