Pros:
The superintendent Anthony is very responsive and kind. I am so grateful he was there to fix a lot of issues with our apartment when we moved in. Property manager is also fairly responsive and kind. Their team keeps the garbage and staircases very clean and tidy. It’s an old building but they definitely take care of it.
Cons:
Lower floors have reported roaches and we heard about mice. We never had them but we did find roaches once, they’ve been gone since pest control came. There’s no access for delivery people, so they buzz every floor in the building to get in. Parcels all get stacked on the first floor on the ground. Parcels easily can get stolen. USPS parcels won’t get delivered if the driver is lazy and doesn’t want to buzz. Hot water takes a while to heat up, so you waste a lot of water waiting for the shower and faucets to heat up to hot every time. There is are no windows for any east facing apartments. Bathroom vents are not real vents, they’re just holes with fans. You need to keep everything very dry and clean as much as possible because mold grows very quickly on everything in the apartment. There have been ceiling leaks in the hall and in one apt on the top floor when it rains. We were not affected.
Advice to owner:
Fix leaks, hot water, and any pest issues. Parcel locker outdoors would be great!

Affordable prices and clean hallways
Cons:
The super doesn’t want to fix anything. We have reached out to the super of this building several times but they usually take weeks to respond.
Advice to owner:
Make sure everything is cleaned and is properly working before renting it out to other people.
