Super is awful
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is a good price for the neighborhood
Cons:
Super is completely non responsive to calls or texts, ceiling caved in from water damage took them a week to fix. Bed bugs were present when we moved in, shower hose exploded and didn’t get fixed for two months. The super is lazy, dodges calls and has his wife pick up the phone telling me he’s “not in the office”. You live in the building. What office?
Advice to owner:
Fire your super
