Pros:
Location is great, apartment has a lot of character/charm
Cons:
Maintenance/upkeep does not seem great, ceiling leaks and damage, warped wood floors, mold in the bathroom, landlord not really responsive

beautiful windows, beautiful floors, great neighborhood, easy walk to the park
Cons:
Maintenance is a little slow & often just puts band-aids on issues rather than actually fixing things.
Heat will sometimes come on when it’s 60 degrees out but not when it’s 20 degrees out.
