Terrible security- guys in lobby do nothing.

Pros:
Large apartments. They permit dogs. Super is really good. Great location
Cons:
Security is nonexistent. Elevatorman just sits in lobby while self service elevator is used and challenge no one. The stairwell and mailboxes are secured only by a nonfunctional lock which anyone can open. Packages are public
Advice to owner:
Beef up security! Get intercom readable. Maybe alphabetize the list next to it?

Well managed building

Pros:
Friendly, courteous staff. Clean building with zero pests (in my experience).
Cons:
Located on a very busy intersection, so it can get noisy due to traffic during the day.
