Great location, spacious but has downsides
Former Tenant
Pros:
Centrally located to grocery stores, gym, central park, restaurants, bars quiet street (for the most part) Dog friendly unit
Cons:
Pre-war building that needs maintenance, pest problems and have seen mice poor paint job on walls heat inconsistent and mostly freezing most times where we needed space heaters
Advice to owner:
maintenance needs major improving for the rent prices they are expecting
