A Great Summer Sublet

Pros:
Nice and quiet- lovely location. Was subletting from someone, had no issues at all.
Cons:
Didn't love the walkup - interior is pretty dark. Front doors didn't always lock. Garbage management was a problem - not enough room.
Advice to owner:
Fix the garbage issue.

Pros:
management extremely responsive, never had any pest issues in my unit in 2 years, neighbors not noisy
Cons:
shared hallway can be loud - the sounds echo bc the whole thing is hardwood

Pros:
Location along riverside park is pretty and quiet. High ceilings and architectural features are a positive. My unit was recently updated
Cons:
Management is fairly hands off, garbage situation is poorly managed. Construction on landmark building has dragged on.
