    This building has a great staff

    Pros:
    I like everyone on the staff at this building. Almost all are long term employees and the buillding is well run.
    Cons:
    Midtown is convenient but not a quiet neighborhood.

    No bbq on the rooftop

    Clean building, friendly staff, beautiful rooftop, central location, CitiBike right in front of building, easy to use building portal; no noise through walls/ceiling
