    Wonderful first home in Manhattan

    Pros:
    Very easy to navigate and to get in touch with the super. Simplistic and good apartment layout.
    Cons:
    The elevator takes forever sometimes, and would be very difficult when only 1/2 elevators were functioning. Our AC unit lost its effectiveness after a few months. Only saw a total of 3 cockroaches.

    Very nice apartment for dorms compared to other dorms in the city.
    Cons:
    Water pressure is not the best.
    Advice to owner:
    Try to find roommates and ask to be with them cause you never know who you gonna end up with!!

    No pest problems living on 26th floor Very responsive and helpful maintenance team
    Cons:
    Elevators out of service often (though never all of them at once) Can hear through walls
