    Building employees, upkeep, view. Price.
    Cons:
    Noisy. It’s close to the bridge

    Cheap, rent controlled, doormen are helpful. Things on the lobby are pretty clean.
    Cons:
    Neighbors are loud. Lots of parties and stuff.

    - kind doormen - good garbage disposal system - very large units - very quick maintenance
    Cons:
    - sound next to queensboro bridge - limited amenities
    Advice to owner:
    Clean hallways a bit more, and let us know progress on gym!
