    Fantastic value property

    Pros:
    Amazing value for the money. Steps from Central Park. Best, most responsive management I’ve ever had in NYC.
    Cons:
    Trash room downstairs can get a bit unruly
    Advice to owner:
    Charge people for the trash they generate

    A gorgeous walk up building with high ceilings. Wonderful space. Had problems with rodents but could manage them.
    Cons:
    None honestly, we loved it. A little small for what we needed- but really special spot
