The entire time I lived there, the ventilation fans on the roof were broken. To get any ventilation in the apartment you had to open the windows. The landlord refused to maintain the building.
Advice to owner:
You need to maintain your buildings properly. People live here.

Great neighbors! Building has potential to receive better rating if some long overdue maintenance issues are addressed.
Cons:
Maintenance issues aren’t addressed in timely manner. Building infrastructure is beginning to show its age after close to 20 years without attention.
