Good sun small space

Beautiful courtyard, good sunlight
Cons:
Rats in garbage, neighbors below complained a lot about noise (we were walking normally)

Great natural light, quiet and nice people
Cons:
It smelled weird, was kind of dirty and there were cockroaches in my apartment
Advice to owner:
It needs more security in the lobby- packages were stolen all the time

Nice layout for a 2 bedroom Affordable Was cleaned upon moving in
Cons:
Terrible management - they don’t give a f Old super, who unfortunately isn’t super helpful Building is dirty, old Had lead poisoning - owners still didn’t care to ensure their tenants were safe Packages are stolen. Owners didn’t want to buy cameras to ensure safety.
Advice to owner:
Care about your tenants Buy a camera Hire a new super, or two Update your buildings Clean
