Got a covid deal when first signing. Maintenance and doormen are amazing.

-doormen are very nice -large windows and bedrooms -laundry in building -elevator
Cons:
-small trash chute -thin walls so noise levels are high at times

Pros:
The building management and maintenance staff are very responsive. The area is beautiful and near great restaurants and subways
Cons:
We had problems with mice on the 3rd floor in the beginning
Advice to owner:
Hang up better signage in the trash rooms

Friendly doormen, very large rooms, trash system was well managed, management/super were responsive
Cons:
Price was high, very loud with ambulances/hospitals nearby on 1st Ave, the stonehenge app never worked, none of the stonehenge benefits were ever useful
